PROFESSIONAL STATUS

Mr. Neumann is experienced in providing complete architectural evaluation, analysis and design of a wide range of projects including high rise commercial properties, large condominium complexes, government facilities and single family homes. Mr. Neumann has done extensive testing and evaluation of buildings to determine the cause and extent of problems and assist in developing practical remedial designs and repair solutions.

Mr. Neumann has done project management and provided construction documents and contract administration services from initial planning to final completion on a wide range of project types from new construction to the renovation of historic structures. Mr. Neumann has specialized in all aspects of the building envelope including investigation, evaluation and analysis, and new design for roofs, walls, doors, windows, exterior decks and below grade waterproofing. Mr. Neumann also has experience in the construction industry and has a good understanding of building technology and the overall building process.
