Logan Cravens
NSB Architects is please to announce that Logan Cravens, AIA LEED AP has joined our team. Logan has extensive experience in sustainable design and in the delivery of a wide variety of project types. Logan is also an adjunct faculty member in the Architecture Department of Portland State University where he has taught since 1997.
Red Hill
NSB Architects will soon have a new home. We like our existing space on 4th Street in San Rafael but despite the square footage the layout did not leave us much room to expand. Our landlord is also trying to sell the building so our long term future in the space was up in the air.
Our new location will be just a mile West in San Anselmo at 292 Red Hill Avenue. We will have the 2nd floor as well as a workshop on the first floor. The best thing about the new space is that we know the landlords really well.

We Are Changing Our Name
Neumann Sloat Architects LLP is now Neumann Sloat Blanco Architects LLP. We are also transitioning our domain name to nsbllp.com to make things easier on everyone.
Adrian Blanco, AIA has been a full and equal partner since he joined the firm shortly after Brian and Austin formed it. Our original name had already been registered and changing it in all the places it needed to be changed was a bit of a hassle.
Our updated name better reflects the composition of our firm as we continue to grow, and "NSB Architects" is an abbreviation that rolls easily off the tongue.
